A deposit of $400 per person should be paid upon confirmation of the group, the total amount should be paid 60 days before the arrival of the group.

Refunds are made following the hotel’s rules and regulations.

Cancellations made 30-44 days before the date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Within 30 days before the arrival date, additional fees will be assessed depending on the costs incurred by Raji Tours & Travel.

Cancellations made 30 days before the date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the total payment made.

All missed sightseeing trips, transfers, and/or unused hotel accommodations and meals are not refundable.
